We're wholesalers and retailers of home health care and medical supplies, so we have quite a diverse product range. We've made a name in health care, but we also sell waste solutions, bathroom & cleaning supplies, uniforms and footwear for a range of professions. Do you deliver? What is your delivery policy?

Yes, we deliver!
- For deliveries west of Warwick, delivery days are Thursdays and Fridays.
- For deliveries east of Smiths, delivery days are Monday or Tuesday.
- For deliveries in the central parishes (Smiths, Devonshire, Pembroke, Paget), we deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
In order to help us get your products to you on time, please place delivery orders 48 hours before delivery days. Sorry, no international orders at this time. |

Do you sell first aid kits/ blood pressure kits/ baby diapers/ canes/ products for sprains and injuries…?

Do you ship overseas?

Our services are currently only offered to the residents of the lovely island of Bermuda. If you're visiting and need a healthcare or medical product, don't hesitate to <send us an email> or to call us at 441-292-3622. |

Yes - we'll try our best to get what you're looking for. All we ask is 50% down. |

I didn't purchase the right product. Can I return/exchange goods to the store?

Sure! We'll gladly accept products you're not happy with.
Returns can be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date with the original sales receipt. To avoid disappointment, however, please keep the price tag on the product and keep the purchase in good condition, and in its original packaging, until you can get it to us. In exchange, we'll give you store credit valid for 3 months. We exchange goods of equal or lesser value - any difference is payable at the time of the exchange.
Sorry, but any item with obvious signs of use will not be eligible for refund or exchange. |

No, we're happy to assemble beds, lift chairs, and wheelchairs free of charge. |
